art4sport ONLUS Association

It believes in sport as a therapy for the physical and psychological recovery of children and young people with prosthetic limbs.

The mission

art4sport was born in 2009 from Bebe’s story.

It aims to improve the quality of life of children and young people with prosthetic limbs and that of their families.

The Association studies, finances and designs prostheses, aids and everything else that young athletes need to practice a sport. It also supports them in their search for a society that can accommodate them and promotes knowledge and practice of Paralympic sport throughout the country.

The team of children and young people who make up the art4sport team grows year by year, today there are 38 of them and they come from all over Italy.

Each one has a different life story, often difficult, but they are all extraordinary!

The aim of art4sport is to enable children and young people with amputations to enjoy life to the full through the practice of sport.

All funds raised by this Association are used to purchase prosthesis and sports equipment, thus making children’s sporting dreams come true.

You too can concretely help art4sport!

It is a communication project that aims to inform the general public about the sporting journey of 11 athletes from the art4sport team towards the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, highlighting their stories and their sporting achievements.

It promotes the wonderful world of Paralympic sport by supporting the dream of young athletes with disabilities.
